To be seen is to be loved. To be seen as you are is not required.
Our worth is summed up by a series of numbers and aesthetics that can only be quantified outside of ourselves.
1 out of 5 women wither while they strive to be seen, valued, and loved only to face the grave consequences of restriction - not only in food but in self—for the sake of the possibility of love, appreciation, and kindness.
Eat Your Heart Out aims to shed light on the damage done by societal pressure on women to change their bodies and how that can affect their mental health.
